Artist Statement

Five years ago, I had no idea I was stepping onto this path. Through self-reflection, a steady karate practice, and a lot of showing up, my art has been growing right alongside me. My visual language has become stronger and more intentional, echoing a search for balance between mind and body.

For the past three years, one shape has been my constant companion: the pyramid. It’s my personal symbol of stability, direction, and the ongoing practice of feeling at home within myself.

My work charts inner territory. It plays with the tension between grounding and expansion, structure and freedom, thinking and feeling. Using geometric abstraction and recurring symbols, like a yellow square, each piece becomes a small constructed universe, a place to land, pause, and breathe, firmly rooted, yet open to wonder.

In a world that keeps pulling us outward, these inner landscapes offer a moment to slow down.

I hope viewers find stillness, a flicker of curiosity, or perhaps a glimpse of their own inner landscape. My art doesn’t aim to provide answers, but rather an invitation: step inside, stay a while, and reconnect with what feels like home.

By exploring our inner worlds and growing into better humans, we create a steadier launchpad for exploring the cosmos, where inner harmony becomes the quiet engine behind outer discovery.
